I have wanted to try making panna cotta for a long time, but somehow always ended up making something else instead. Finally, yesterday I tried this recipe, but also added some fresh raspberry jam to the bottom of the jars. They were delicious and so simple to make :)
This pesto is so good I want to cry thinking about it. I understand this is not a normal reaction to pesto. I will say that my tears will probably smell like garlic because this is so garlicky that I’m pretty sure I’m radiating garlic today. DON’T CURR. It was worth it.
