Cauliflower soup

Last night at 11:00 my wife made us cauliflower soup from scratch for lunch today.
It’s the perfect meal for a rainy day like today.
Additionally, it’s fucking delicious.
For those that are curious, I made Smitten Kitchen’s Silky Cauliflower Soup. and it’s AMAZING and no lie, takes about 20 minutes start to finish. I heart my immersion blender.
