Ever since Steph posted about this Portillo’s Chopped Salad, I HAD to make it. And take it for dinner to work all week long.
Well today I made it to go with my Dad’s steak for his birthday dinner and it was DA BOMB. Everyone approved. NOTE: It made SO MUCH. Like, I couldn’t use all the pasta and we have so many left overs. Maybe my lettuce was too much? Not sure but whatever. More for me.
